Join us on Saturday, April 30th for our April Battle Day! 

We will be cancelling our 9AM and Noon Classes and instead will hold our Battle Day Challenge. We will have multiple heats starting from 9:30AM - 11AM. And then will finish the day off with a cook out! 

We will provide the meat, and plates/utensils. We are asking everyone else to bring a snack or appetizer.

PART #1) Teams of 3 of NewCov Members

17 Minute AMRAP: Complete as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of the following: 

225 Single Unders 
200 Thrusters (65/45#)
175 Burpees
150 Pull-Ups or Ring Rows (Must be approved for ring rows)
125 Shoulder-to-Overhead (65/45#)
100 Box Jumps or Step Ups 
75 Calorie Row 
50 Air Squats 

SCORE #1 = # reps completed. You will get a place on this part using ourBEL Scoring llc system. 

PART #2 -) Any non NewCov person you bring will complete the following AMRAP. If they do not have a partner, we will pair them up. You may bring as many people as you would like

8 Minute Beginner AMRAP - Teams of 2

30 Single Unders
20 Box Jumps or Step Ups 
10 Burpees 

Score = # Reps completed per person you brought to represent your team. 

So for example, if your team bought 3 team people and they each scored 180 Reps, then your team score for part 2 is 540 Reps. You will get a place for this part on our BEL Scoring llc


The Team with the lowest overall points is the winner of a FREE Regionals T-Shirt and any member they bring wins a free month of CrossFit AND If any of those people sign a contract after that, you receive $50 off your next month's membership!
